THIS IS A CORRECTED REVIEW FOR ALL THOSE WHO HAVE SEEN THE PREVIOUS REVIEW, WHICH WAS NOT GOOD. WE HERE AT KENNEY AUTOMOTIVE HAVE USED DIESEL LOGIC IN THE PAST AND LIKED THE RESULTS, UPON MY SECOND EXPERIENCE NOT THE SAME. WE HAD SOME CHALLENGES, 3 FAULTY INJECTORS ON A DURAMAX LB7. I'M NOT GONNA LIE, WE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE OVER THIS.....IN THE END, DIESEL LOGIC DID THE RIGHT THING, THEY REFUNDED MY COSTS ON ALL PARTS SUPPLIED, AND HAVE OFFERED A FREE SET OF INJECTORS FOR MY NEXT CHALLENGE IF AND WHEN I NEED THEM. THE OWNER, OMAR (EXCUSE ME IF I MISS SPELLED IT) REACHED OUT TO ME PERSONALLY, HE SEEMS INTELLIGENT, EXPERIENCED, AND SYMPATHETIC ABOUT THE ENTIRE SITUATION. BASED ON THE OUTCOME, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND WILL CONSIDER THEM THE NEXT TIME I'M IN THE MARKET FOR DIESEL INJECTORS.

Service was great, truck is running better than ever with new injectors!! You guys had best price I could find anywhere and product seems to be flawless so far, only been driving for a week but all's well!!

Found the best price on re-manufactured diesel injectors on the internet. Fit was perfect. We were missing some seals that should have come with the kit. Then , after installation we had a electrical malfunction on one of the injector drive circuits, L&J were quick to send us 8 more as soon as we returned the cores. Great service, sometimes things happen. Thank you!

Really liked was able to read the story of how they got started. Had the correct answer for every question. They schooled me in a very respectful way. U felt as tho u were dealing with a local shop down the street. Jennifer was great and everything went perfect. The injectors perform great, good as new. Will use them in the future.

Fast and friendly service. If you are within driving distance to their shop and have no problem leaving your vehicle, these guys are a great team to work with. Best prices anywhere I could find and had them do the work. Could not beat it, with two trips to Jacksonville.

My husband and I ordered new injectors for our 2003 Chevy 2500 HD. The injectors we received were packaged perfectly and shipped timely. We installed the injectors and they have been working great. I haven’t put a lot of miles on yet to be fair however, I did have an injector tested on the Bosch machine before I installed them. I wanted to make sure they met spec due to the fact they weren’t factory Bosch remaned. The injector passed all the required specifications.

They shipped in a timely manner and their injectors where very reasonable priced. Have nothing but good service from them at this point. Injectors have been in for 3 weeks.

I would like to give my 5 stars to customer service ( Omar Cueto ) On my way to Arizona when my 1999 Dodge Ram broke down in Redding California Saturday night , had towed to repair shop, wasn't sure what failed but had a good idea it was the injector pump. Was on line pricing injector pumps. A chat came up on Dieselogics , when chatting the person ask if they could call me for more information. I definitely said yes, would rather talk than chat not that fast on the keyboard. I was amazed they would talk on a Sunday. After talking to Omar he gave me a price and overnight shipping cost. He gave me a number that I could text or call him with anymore questions. If it was the injector pump ( not knowing yet until shop diagnosed my truck ) I needed to let him know by 11:30 Pacific time but he told me if was a little later that would probably okay because he would have someone get it UPS so I would have it next day which I didn't expect. I could write more because we talked and texted about five times. I want people to know this was exceptional service and they have my business when I need parts for my truck. I hope this review will help future customers to try and buy from Dieselogics.
